Paul Shreenan
Paul is a licensed, second-generation REALTOR®, with a passion for sharing what it’s like to live in the British Columbia interior. He’s also one of BC best known buyers’ agent specialists who has helped people from around the world make BC their new home.
My Story
Paul strives to be a passionate and effective advocate for home buyers, both in his market, and in various past roles in Organized Real Estate associations. He has served as President of the Kootenay Real Estate Board (2012) , and was elected by BC’s twenty-five thousand licenced Realtors to represent them to the CREA (Canadian Real Estate Association) board of directors (2015) where he’s tried -and largely failed- to create support for affordable housing strategies, and affordable, common-sense, green-housing initiatives. Weirdly, he continues to try to this day.

When not doing real estate stuff he can be found coaching Baseball, skiing, riding a skateboard, running up a mountain, or getting stitches in a local emergency room.
