Can you help me buy ANYWHERE in BC?The short answer is yes. With some important caveats: The best agent for a purchase is invariably a local one, with specialized local knowledge of the product, the community, and local pricing history and projections. In situations where you need direct, on-the-ground expertise, I can help you connect with an agent who's competance, personality, and working style are best suited to your situation. And I can do that for almost every market in BC. And when I don't personally know the best agent for your situation, I'm happy to research the available options, and show you who I would choose and why. Can you help me buy a home or property NOT listed by a REALTOR?Yes. I help clients find, evaluate, and sometimes buy private sale offereings every day. And I make sure that off market sellers are dealt with in a fair, open, and transparent way while representing the interests of my buyer clients.
